Biography
Neon Hex grew up in a city where magic was officially illegal and unofficially everywhere. Some families inherited grimoires. Hers inherited walls — block after block of tagged brick layered with protective symbols, ghost routes, and coded warnings that kept their neighborhood alive when institutions left it to rot. She turned graffiti into a spell language nobody outside Ninth Street can fully read. Her paint mists ward doorways, mute surveillance sigils, and turn alley geometry hostile to anyone who enters with bad intent. To outsiders she looks like a rebellious street artist with too much confidence. To locals, she is infrastructure. As an opponent, Neon Hex is all momentum and trapcraft. The fight starts when you step where she wanted, not when she throws the first strike. Every glowing line is a bad idea disguised as style, and by the time the city itself seems to be leaning against you, she’s already smiling.
