Biography
Cutter Vex was born in a hospital owned by the same conglomerate that later sold his debt, his education, and most of his first decade. By adulthood, the city had already explained the rules clearly: if you want to keep your body, your memory, or your future, learn how to make yourself expensive. He did. Cutter became one of the few hybrid mercs who could breach a network and then physically extract the people it endangered. His implants arenβt flashy because flashy implants get you dead. Everything about him is built for efficient intrusion β in code, in architecture, in conversation, in a fight. As an opponent, Ghostframe feels like latency turning predatory. He appears where cameras missed, interrupts your rhythm before you understand what changed, and leaves with the result before you can decide whether you were hacked, hunted, or both.
